Aisling’s held senior HR roles for over 20 years prior to the establishment of Tandem HR Solutions. As a former HR Director of O2 Telefonica, where she worked as an integral part of the European team, Aisling led many change iniatives including performance management, talent management and cultural change programmes. She successfully established and ran Telefonica’s first European organisation, a HR shared service, and expanded the remit to incorporate HR analytics and digital strategy. Prior to O2, Aisling was a HR Director and Board member with SAP in Ireland for 8 years, establishing 2 separate centres of excellence. With a Masters in performance management, Aisling progressed into consultancy as a Director with People Partners. Working extensively in both performance management and leadership capability led to the establishment of Tandem HR Solutions, of which she is now CEO.
