Emer manages Founders Forum on behalf of Enterprise Ireland. She has successfully managed over 15 similar programmes for organisations such as Enterprise Ireland, Advantage Austria, Microsoft Ventures and others. Prior to joining Select Strategies in 2007 she spent 10 years in a senior management role in a growing technology company.
