James is a Charted Engineer and Fellow of Engineers Ireland. James was previously CEO of OpenHydro Group Ltd. Achievements include growing the team from start-up to 145 FTE, scaling the technology from a 35kW prototype to 2MW industrial class turbine, creating an international sales pipeline and securing the disposal of majority control to a major French industrial group.
